• Regular Design Items: These can be returned. A $4.99 restocking fee per parcel will be deducted from your initial payment amount..

• The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable in most cases.

• Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature, these items are non-returnable.

Lost or Damaged Packages
