When creating personalized designs, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that any text, sentences, images, or other content you integrate into the designs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, violate any laws, or are otherwise offensive or inappropriate. We do not take responsibility for any content uploaded, submitted, or displayed on our platform that may infringe upon the rights of others or violate any laws.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that MADTIMES E COMMERCE LLC is responsible for processing and accepting all payments on our behalf. Your payment information will be subject to MADTIMES E COMMERCE LLC's privacy policy and terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please note that in order to process a replacement due to damage or error, we may require photo evidence of the issue for our records.

 EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that for exchanges due to buyer error, we will charge a fee equivalent to half the amount of the original order for shipping and other associated costs. This fee covers the expenses incurred in processing and shipping the exchanged items.
