Order Processing

We carefully review each customized order within one day to ensure the highest quality. Once approved, it will proceed to printing; however, if any questions arise, we'll contact you for confirmation. The processing time is estimated at 2 days, followed by shipping, which typically takes 6-10 days, so the whole shipping time would take 8 - 12 days. However, if you choose our expedited shipping service, your delivery time can be shortened by 1-3 days. Expect your order to arrive within 15 days of placement.

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you need to cancel your order or make changes to the size, model and other item details, please send us an email notification within 24 hours after placing the order.
Once the 24-hour window expires, your order will enter production or shipping process. We regret that no further order amendments or cancellations will be allowed at this stage.
If necessary, you may submit a return or exchange application after receiving the goods.
