While we encourage buyers to carefully review their orders before checking out, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have accidentally selected the wrong sizes or models for your personalized items, we are happy to assist you in exchanging them for the correct ones.

Our exchange policy allows buyers to request exchanges for any errors found before the product is produced, as we typically require up to 2 days for production(after placed order). However, once the products have been produced, we will follow our standard process for resolving any issues.

Please note that for exchanges due to buyer error, we will charge a fee equivalent to half the amount of the original order for shipping and other associated costs. This fee covers the expenses incurred in processing and shipping the exchanged items.
