We strive to provide high-quality personalized products that meet your expectations. Due to the highly personalized and exclusive nature of our customized items, all sales are final once the products have been produced and shipped. 

 

Exceptions

As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items, unless they are damaged upon receipt or if there was an error in the production process resulting in incorrect colors or design. So, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within [3 days] of receipt.

 

Damage or Lost in transit

If you receive a damaged product or if there is a discrepancy in colors or design, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item. We will work swiftly to rectify the issue by remaking the product and shipping it to you as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.

Please note that in order to process a replacement due to damage or error, we may require photo evidence of the issue for our records.

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will promptly remake the product and ship it to the buyer at no additional cost.
 

Imperfection

Before shipping, all products undergo thorough inspection and quality control to minimize imperfections. Our team carefully reviews each item to ensure it meets our standards of excellence. However, please note that some minor imperfections may still be present despite our efforts.

 

Returns

As personalized items are specially made to your specifications, they are generally non-returnable, especially, We are not accept the reason that you simply don't like the item after receiving it, or any reason about imperfections, so, please note that minor imperfections may occur during the integration of pictures into our designs, as slight variations in color, alignment, or texture can arise due to the customization process. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including personalization options, before placing it.
